Vinyasa Flow Class
Vinyasa is the ancient Sanskrit term that describes matching one’s breath to a flowing movement. This class is a dynamic vinyasa flow class that will leave you feeling energized, strong, and clear-minded. Peak poses including long holds and standing balance poses will be found in in this class, so bring some water and a small towel if you’re the sweaty type. Beginner to Intermediate level
A 45-minute high-intensity, toning workout inspired by the ballet discipline. Focus is on the arm, legs, core, and booty. Hands weights available but not necessary as you’ll sweat without them!

A level I class for beginners or students wanting a refresher in the basics of yoga. This is a slow-paced class geared towards proper alignment and pose breakdown.
A gentle yoga practice using a chair as the main prop. Great for those new to yoga, those who have had wrist surgery or can’t hold body weight on your hands, or those that prefer not to be on your knees.
